Presentation of the campaign at 2018 World Congress on Justice for Children

The Centre presented its awareness-raising campaign “What if I was wrong? When we talk, we learn!” at the World Congress on Justice for Children, in Paris. More specifically, the campaign was presented at a workshop on Building resilience to radicalization and violent extremism, with other international interlocutors.

Under the haut-patronage of UNESCO, this 2018 World Congress on Justice for Children addresses three major issues:

1. The global trend towards children’s involvement in violent extremism and possible responses,
2. The need for more effective ways to reduce juvenile offending and recidivism,
3. How to improve protection mechanisms for vulnerable children, including early prevention.
