Mission in Belgium

The CPRLV participated in the study mission “La jeunesse œuvre contre la radicalisation”, in Belgium, thanks to Les Offices jeunesse internationaux du Québec (LOJIQ) which facilitated Quebec’s participation. This mission was organised by the Bureau International Jeunesse (BIJ) in collaboration with the National Agencies of the European Erasmus+ programme. About thirty people from different countries participated in this study to discuss the management and prevention of the risk of violent radicalization and the aspects of the preventive role of youth.

This study allowed participants to exchange through group discussions and sharing of ideas, sharing of practices, reflection groups, visits to local organizations and youth centres, sharing of experiences and a meeting with the Deputy Mayor.
