The CPRLV offered a training session at Carrefour jeunesse-emploi of Marguerite-D’Youville on “Understand, recognize and prevent radicalization leading to violence” to front-line workers. One of the objectives of this training, offered in Boucherville, was to understand the characteristics of the different types of violent radicalization and to recognize the behavioural, cognitive or emotional changes adopted by vulnerable individuals or in a situation of radicalization.
The CJE de Marguerite-D’Youville works to improve the living conditions of young people through activities aimed at integrating or maintaining employment, school integration or reintegration and pre-starting a business, among others. CJEMY’s philosophy is based on partnership, consultation and participation of socio-economic stakeholders, businesses and citizens.
